All costs of basic maintenance items in the heat ignore the first rule to avoid the heat, cool the body. Done right of way? But Most people ignore the fact that you can cool the body during your outdoor activity if you use the active wear line. People will spend hundreds of dollars to help with the symptoms of excessive heat. They will avoid driving south, and get those long shadows on the track. They need to start the base.
We'll discuss that later.
When you refresh the body and follow the steps below, you'll also get more concentration in riding. This is very important when riding through the ruts and planning the next pass. If you lose your concentration, you'll be on the field. Then you will be very hot and evil. This is not a good combination.
Back to the top ten for staying cool in the heat.
- Refresh the body with something like the vest Kul Lite (href = "http://www.timountain.com/"> target = "_blank"> www.timountain.com). This is the best way to avoid the heat.
- Drink plenty of water and electrolytes enriched liquids to replace your fluids before and after riding, even if you're not thirsty. You should start a few days before the race.
- Bring to air or moisture wicking breathable motocross gear. Sweaters and jackets Winter Enduro is not a good idea.
- Sunscreen should be worn on all exposed skin between motorcycles. Make sure it is sweat / waterproof, you're exercising, right?
- Use goggles between motorcycles. Not only will you look cool, your eyes will not be permanently damaged.

- Buy extra glasses. You can change your glasses between practice and motorcycles to boot without a sweat.

Yes, you could roll with air-conditioning unit on the back, but I think this is excessive and burdensome. If you could find a cooling unit that has less than one quarter of inch thick and fits under your favorite jersey, would you be interested? The cooling unit will keep your body cool for hours in the heat. The cooling unit contains no moving parts, the son or chemicals that deplete the ozone layer. The combination of freezing property and evaporative cooling will create a state of thermal equilibrium keeps you cool for hours.
