Storing wine in refrigerator?
I don't have a bottle stopper for my wine, I usually put aluminum foil over the top of it. Can I keep it in my refrigerator or should I leave it on my countertop?
What kind of wine is it?
Red should be left at room temperature, but white and rose are okay to be refrigerated. Opened wine should be drunk within a few days - so either keep it in the fridge, or only put it in there to chill it before you want to drink it. Either way is okay - just ensure no air can get into the bottle.
Why don't you keep the cork for the wine bottle, it's better to use that rather than tin foil?
