Best way to cool abbey ale?
I have an abbey ale which you are supposed to drink at cellar temperature (~55 degrees). What is the best method to cool it to that temperature if I don't have a cellar?
Should I just put it in the fridge now and let it set a while after I poor it, or just put it in the fridge a couple hours before I drink it? Any other ideas?
Put it in the fridge a couple hours before you drink it. I do this and is works great.
